Wisconsin Police Stop 13-year-old Drunk Driver

Officers in Manitowoc, WI stopped a car and found that not only was the driver intoxicated, she was only 13 years old. The driver was arrested and subsequently released to her mother. Another passenger was taken to a juvenile detention center due to a pending court order. In addition to the driver, there were 5 passengers in the car, all aged 14 years or younger.

It reminds me of a joke though.

I was on the bus and a 14 year old school girl was acting up, swearing, cursing ad shouting so loud, but in her defence. Her daughter was being an absolute bitch. :)

A black mother was arrested in Georgia after her and her kids were struck by a drunk driver after crossing in an unmarked part of the street. One of her children died in the accident. The drunk driver is already out of jail after serving 6 months.

A black woman was arrested after her nine year old was playing in a nearby park while the mother worked her shift at McDonald's.

I'm going to guess that this 13 year old drunk driver and her family in Wisconsin are white. I could be wrong but I don't think that I am.
